How to delete your DubaiCalorie account and associated data

Delete from the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the DubaiCalorie app:
- 1Open the DubaiCalorie app
- 2Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- 3Open Settings from Profile
- 4Tap the top-right gear icon to open Danger Zone
- 5Tap Delete Account and confirm deletion
What Happens After You Delete
- ✓You'll be signed out immediately
- ✓You'll see a confirmation screen
- ✓If you change your mind within 30 days, contact support to request recovery
What Data is Deleted
The following data is removed or anonymized immediately:
- ×Personal identifiers — email address, phone number
- ×Profile information — name, photo, age, gender, height, weight
- ×Health goals — diet type, activity level, target goals
- ×Login sessions — all active sessions are terminated
- ×OAuth connections — Google/Apple sign-in links removed
Data Retention & Recovery Period
Recovery Period: We retain limited records for 30 days after deletion to allow account recovery if you change your mind.
During this period, the following may be retained:
- •Limited account identifiers and deletion timestamp to support recovery requests
- •Billing/payment records if required for refunds or tax compliance
- •Anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity)
After 30 days, all recoverable data is permanently deleted.
Can't Access the App?
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Email: support@dubaicalorie.com
Please include:
- • The email or phone number used to register
- • Your country/region
- • Subject line: "Delete Account Request"
We will process your request within 5 business days.
Important Notice
- • Account deletion is irreversible after the 30-day recovery period
- • If you have an active subscription, you may need to manage cancellation through your billing provider to avoid future renewals
- • Your food logs, meal plans, and progress data will be lost
